Our Story

Our Talent
Every Nimbus Ops engineer is senior-level with a minimum of 5 years' professional experience. Cloud engineers hold AWS or Azure certifications and are hands-on with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. IT operations specialists are experienced with ITSM platforms, endpoint management, network operations, and security tooling. All have proven track records working with European and North American businesses.
But technical skills are just the starting point. Our vetting process prioritises communication quality: can this engineer present clearly in a sprint review? Can they write documentation that a non-technical stakeholder would understand? Can they hold their own in a Slack conversation with a fast-moving team?
Only the top 5% of applicants make it through our vetting process — a combination of technical assessment, communication assessment, and client-readiness review. Our talent pool spans over 200 vetted professionals across cloud engineering, DevOps, IT helpdesk, and security, all ready to deploy within 48 hours.
